Natasha Collett (BSc, MA, CIPD) began her career in 2000 as an HR graduate at Arthur Andersen before taking on leadership roles in large corporates. She also headed up the Graduate and Diversity Solutions teams at an award-winning recruitment advertising agency. She set up The Project Box (UK) Ltd in 2011 with the goal of delivering a new, independent service that would be personal, professional and flexible.
