Our dedicated team manages all aspects of the assessment and selection of 500 school leavers, apprentices, interns and graduates. Day-to-day, we’re responsible for inbox query management, application screening, testing, digital interviewing, coaching interviews, administration and candidate feedback. With around 12,000 applications per season, this is no small challenge. We also support experienced hire recruitment, and have recently started working on cross-border projects.

We’re responsible for inbox management, screening, telephone interviewing, coaching and virtual assessment day facilitation, supporting this rapidly-growing client in hiring 400 trainees per year. For the 2020/21 season, we designed a whole new assessment and selection process for easier careers recruitment. We typically manage the assessment of around 6,000 applicants per season.
