Our dedicated team is responsible for managing all aspects of the assessment and selection of over 500 school leavers, interns and graduates. Day-to-day we are responsible for candidate management, application screening, online testing and digital interview evaluations. We have a very close and agile relationship with our client and play a large role in strategic development and process evolution. Our relationship with this client continues to broaden and diversify and we are involved in a huge variety of resourcing projects.
We provide strengths-based interview services for an innovative Big Four accountancy firm. We work on behalf of our client in their UK offices as well as integrating with their business representatives as assessors and hosts at final round selection centres. Our relationship with this client began in 2013 and continues to grow and evolve.
